I modified this recipe for Garlic Butter Crusty Bubble Bread from Foodie with Family.
My modification was that I did my own mix of “Italian” spices basically, and I made a smaller batch since there was only 3 of us eating.
But they did come out looking just like this picture from her site:
I already had a batch of the Artisan Bread Dough she references in this recipe, because I have the book it comes from –
The recipe Rebecca used for this is the one on page 26, called The Master Recipe (my personal favorite).
She doubled this, and that’s what she lists on her Bubble Bread page.
